Does anyone have a clue when purchase contracts will be signed? I was informed that they would be signed 17 March, then a week later, and still no signings. The currency exchange was 32.5 for czech, a lot lower than the 41 it was at 6 months or so ago...

I have just checked with our partner in the Czech Republic and if you go to http: / /www .leskava .cz and then enter "demo", you will have access to the site.

Hi IBK, I dont think so. I think they have their building permits, but no signed contracts yet...it really is taking its time.

Good to hear the base rate cut here...good for all those BoE tracker mortgages.

Maybe the developers are waiting to see how quickly the apartments will sell on the local market. If it goes well they might decide to ditch us, and our 6 month old prices.

Hopefully not another Sea Towers although I was starting to wonder several months back?

I see the Golden Brook website is now up and running and has some photos on it! Has anyone had a signed copy back of the FPContract yet?
