I have been interested in buying a one or two bedroom apartment in Rome for some time. My special area of interest is the outer edges of the Centro. Has anyone bought property in Rome? Does anyone have a general picture of the real estate market there? What is the rental season? Agents tell me that it lasts all year round. Is this possible? Why do I read so little about people looking to purchace there on sites such as this? Thanky you in advance for any thoughts about buying in Rome?
