I was wondering if anybody has bought any unit in the development Autumn Residence in Baia Mare (Romania).

It would be nice to exchange some feelings and thoughts about it as we are getting toward complition.

Just you and me then. But then i've taken i've taken two months to reply.

Sort term gains will not have happened but it still should be a medium term investment.

If anyone has information on potential rental market please let us know.

Nice to hear that at least I am not alone.

I am right now in Baia Mare: I came here to have a feeling of the area, open a bank account and have a chat with the local estate acencies.
