I'm just starting out looking a possible investment options in the Balkans and am considering Slovenia, Croatia and Montenegro. I'm flexible on strategy (rental yield vs capital appreciation / two bedroom flats vs villas etc.)and am considering all options at the moment.I've done the basic research on acessibility/prices/EU membership etc., but wondered if anyone has any other advice or insight that might be helpful, or knowledge of any good market reports?
