today another leading bank in Poland increased bank margin from 1% to 1,8%

in few banks LTV was also reduced.

and it getting to be worse...

i really advice to apply as soon as possible because loans for non-residential customers might be stopped

General credit crunch tightening?

Also the margin increase, is this also being driven by the global issues or by Polish issues?

I have spoken to Metro Bank who have informed me that they and Noble bank are still lending to non-residents.
