Hi Jonathan - thanks for the response. I'm also looking at Ramsgate, Dover and Folkstone, all for the same reasons. Currently I have quite a few investments outside the UK - Eastern Europe, Spain, France and the Caribbean (St Kitts - see on TV today for the Ozzie vs Scotland cricket match). My only UK investment is a small development project in Warminster. I've missed the boat on the real growth here but I'm looking for areas which have a good reason for above average growth, hence my interest in the towns where a commute to London will become realistic when the high speed rail link arrives and which may become attractive towns in their own right.
