Thanks for replying again. I do not speak russian but I understand that many people in Belarus speak english. I am interested in buying commercial or city centre homes/apartments to start a portfolio as prices are very low and there is value there. However, I need to get a feel for the country as EU accession in my opinion is unlikely. I would be very grateful for any contact details. The countries that I will be visiting are Albania and Belarus. I live in Romania so if you need any info or help with Romania I would be happy to help.
