Did anyone read the Mail on Sunday's article on Belgium as a property investment hotspot? Seemed quite interesting - one-two bed flats in the centre of Brussels for approx £65K, with a Euro (i.e. lower interest) mortgage and good rental returns. (A five-minute internet browse revealed similar properties renting for between 700 - 1000 euros/month.) Anybody doing this right now? Anybody investigating it? Laurie
