Hi Funmi, The best area for growth in my opinion would definitely be Duquesa. There are a few excellent developments there in your price range. I also feel that you could probably get a good rental income too as the area is very up and coming. A good area for rental income at your price range would be Calahonda/Riviera del Sol/Miraflores, but I don't think that there is as much upside benefit for capital growth as Duquesa. Hope that helps. Hello Funmi, I recently spent 4 days in Spain and was shown some lovely new developments in Port Duquessa, with great sea views and views of Gibraltar and Africa. The development is called Los Hidalgos and and the website you need to contact is www.spainrealestate.co.uk.
