Hi All,
Apart from the Land Registry or Hometrack, and Proviser, are there any other good resources you can recommend for finding recent sale price trends in England, Scotland and/or Wales?
Thanks...

I have found the www.ourproperty.co.uk site very useful as it appears to give you the latest land registry information as it becomes available and is all free.

I used nethouseprices but also found http: / /www .houseprices .co .uk/ as good,
they will automatically send you a monthly email showing any houses sold in the postcode areas you are interested in
