Thought I'd give some positive feedback on this development speaking from my own experiences. Fully furnished appartments appear slightly easier to let than unfurnished. They also command higher rates (Amer's estimates were very accurate), but obviously mean higher startup costs . In my case, a gross rental yield of 7.2% is being achieved (fully furnished). Demand seems good as a tenant was found prior to completion, and will be moving in less than one week after - just time to furnish and as good as no void period! All in all some great investment advice from Amer.
