Hi all I'm looking to get my soon to be completed unit managed, and am curently comparing the brochures of Bond Reality and Property Management sro. Has anyone used either ? If so, how have they found them in terms of doing business, communication, and sucess in finding tennants. Any others of note out there ? Any comments / thoughts appreciated. thanks in advance Mike

Mike, I can't recommend Lexxus highly enough - it's a pleasure dealing with them and their service is way above my expectations. They've done much which is above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me to get an apartment furnished, liaising wirth my builders, sorting out issues with the building manager, sorting out utility supplies, paying bills etc. And they are very good value for money. I have no self interest - I think they deserve to prosper. Jana Benjanova is the contact. Their lettings division is separate and when my apartment is let I plan to keep them on for the ongoing management. Interestingly most of the agents I met recently in Bratislava were more interested in the up front fees for finding a tenant than the on-going management. Huw

The BOND REALITY is terrible agent. The Lexxus is very expensive...and no the best one:( I have negative experiences with Lexxus only.

I agree with the above - Bond are hopeless, useless in fact for management. Other than doing the absolute minimum I have little evidence that they did anything to find me a tenant. My flat was empty for months but when the management was switched to CE Invest (by Bond to be fair) a tenant was found in a week or so.

I would steer clear of Bond for management purposes based on my experience with them. The mortgage broker at Bond wasn't bad though.

Yes Bond no longer manage property and sold this business to CE Invest . The poor girl who controlls this area ( just the one ) is swamped at the moment with all the new clients and sorting out the, records, agreements and files . My own friends experience with CE Invest has been very mixed .

Lexxus I have found to be quite good , however that was only on new built property , not the older stye flats in the Old Town . They always seem to have problems with finding workman, to fix electrical, water or any other maint issues .

My experience with CE Invest has been mixed as well. They were great throughout the buying process, but don't seem to be doing much as regards management - finding tenants, carrying out repairs, or even answering e-mails.

Hi can't give enough credit to jana at REM who did a superb job when I rented out my 2 bed/2 bath in Bratislava.

I would strongly recommend IQIT,s.r.o. This is a small family owned business from which I received prompt personal service. In the first instance you will probably deal with Monika Batcova, one of the proprietors, a delightful lady - utterly honest and speaks excellent English. Importantly IQIT only deal with management; they do not act as selling agents . I have dealt with CEInvest ; I suspect they are more interested in the sales than management.
