Sorry about the sarcasm. I replied late at night after a bottle of vino and I was probably being a bit mischevious.
Really, I have enjoyed the forum debate and I always appreciate the perspectives of other people, particularly in markets I know little about.

I can assure you that I am not selling anything, and don't intend to.I do not work or intend to work for or be an agent or developper.I have only given information in detail for those wishing to know about or investigate further, as PS are obviously against any projects in other countries that do not concern them, which is why we have forums. Surely, if members give their emails it is because they want to. This is like being in a communist state.!

It wasn't aimed at you at all, and you've been on here long enough for me to know that you aren't selling anything. It was simply a reminder. Don't be so paranoid! :o)
Like I said, I know it's restrictive and I'm not a fan of it myself. It's the only way we can do things at the moment though.

Hi Lynne
About your buys, I was looking at king's Flats by Pele although im not sure that's reasonably priced, there is another in a gated community that’s a low entry and looks like it will be have great potential. But I ask, will these flats service themselves ? What's your strategy, sit on them and wait for CA or rent out and if so how, holiday lets or via a local agent to locals. Sorry for all the questions but im quite new to this market.
