Hi Lynn It wasn't aimed at you at all, and you've been on here long enough for me to know that you aren't selling anything. It was simply a reminder. Don't be so paranoid! :o) Like I said, I know it's restrictive and I'm not a fan of it myself. It's the only way we can do things at the moment though.

Hi Lynne About your buys, I was looking at king's Flats by Pele although im not sure that's reasonably priced, there is another in a gated community that’s a low entry and looks like it will be have great potential. But I ask, will these flats service themselves ? What's your strategy, sit on them and wait for CA or rent out and if so how, holiday lets or via a local agent to locals. Sorry for all the questions but im quite new to this market.
