I need to make a decision on a kitchen and furniture pack in Kouzlne Medlanky. What d other investor here think: should I pay for the furniture pack, or rent unfurnished? I seems pretty expensive and would take a long time to earn tha back in rentals?

Hi Torsten
We have several apartmenst in Brno, 2KK and 3KK, some are rented furnished, some unfurnished. We waited until we had a tenant, and furnished them if they wanted, which seems the most sensible approach.
You obviously need to fit kitchens and appliances etc, but in terms of other furnishings , I would leave it to demand.

Hi Max Yep - I do the same - get the kitchen and lights installed (plus any fitted waredrobes) but hold back on the furniture until you have a tenant. However, it is important to have a furniture quote up your sleeve before you start looking for a tenant - just so that you can move fast. Cheers Neil
