Hi, I am now aware that there will be a limit to what I can invest in CEE because of the difficulty in securing mortgages there based on rental income. It would be interesting to know which countries *will* offer BTL mortgages to foreigners. Is it widespread? The US perhaps? Western european nations? Is there a document somewhere which list the nations of the world according to this criteria? Apologies for my naivety if this is obvious to most readers.
