One observation and a question... firstly I wouldn't say 7% growth was particularly slow (only in comparison to very high recent increases) or a long bottom. Surely this is more a soft landing.
Question: which areas of London and surrounds do you feel are best positioned for capital growth?

Hi Huw
This is something we'll be addressing very early in the New Year. Keep a look out.

Hi Huw
Fair point, but bear in mind that this is an average - heavily skewed by London and the SE. And I guess a long bottom is actually a way of describing how a soft landing behaves.
And we'll definitely be focusing on London in the New Year - meanwhile, you might want to take a look at Hamish Paterson's recent pieces.
Cheers
