Please can anyone help. I have agreed to by an apartment off plan in Bulgaria. I have paid two instalments, completion expected summer of next year. I have received photos of the Development and everything appeared to be going to plan. My chosen apartment was on the 3rd floor of 5. For some reason only 4 floors were built. I assumed that it would therefore be perhaps the final floor that would be affected. However I have been told it may be the 3rd floor that wasn't built ?! I have now been told by the UK agent that I can no longer have my chosen apartment and I will be moved to another block. The Agent cannot expand on this at all. It was bought via the UK's most prominent Bulgarian Agent. Really appreicate any help or contacts who can assist with legal matters competently. Yours in hope. Paul
