I'm looking to exit from Bulgaria - I have contacted an agent and they quoted a 6% agency fee - sounds pretty extravagent to me. Has anyone exited from Bulgaria? - how difficult was it trying to sell and what tips do you have re Agents. Any comments would be appreciated.

What are you selling adn where? The people who know the market the best are the agents - what were their sentiments?

David - both Bansko & the Black Sea coast unfortunately The agents aren't overly bothered with resale as they make their margins from off-plan - thats why I'm trying to gauge from the experiences of others who have been though the process
