I'm am a student doing a dissertation on the Spanish and Bulgarian housing markets and wanted to get the views of people with an interest in property investment on; to what extent would you say Bulgaria is the "new" Spain. Also if you were about to invest your own money which country would you choose, obviously I have my own opinions on the subject but I'm far more interested to hear your opinions as it would be very helpful and greatly appreciated.
