Point taken, but the same applies, to a greater extent, to people's home mortgages. There are plenty of people out there who don't seem to have any idea of how to run their finances or whose circumstances change (we call them motivated sellers, of course) :-) Would such people be more or less likely on average to invest in a B2L, I wonder? My first guess would be less.
