Hi Guys. I declined the dogs offer also, and...I met the man with the 3 dogs. He goes out on regular walks with them, but kicks one of them and is not very friendly. They bark constantly, and definitely need to be on the ground floor. I made friends with 2 of the security guards who are very nice. I met with several owners/tenants from Block A, and they were very friendly, aticulate,and professional people.All spoke fluent English. I would advise all of you to go over there and check the snggging on yr apartment. Plus make sure your parking slot like mine has not been occupied. Also the storage space seems to be 'occupied'.I do not trust Rednet at all. I would like to know what they have done to rent these apartments??? Take the tram 1,4 or 47 to Dabia Safir (10 mins) and 2 mins from the tram stop. Lynn

Dear Lynn Thank you for your feedback .... it is so good to know there is someone there both " on the ground" and on our side :-) I hope the 3-dog man does not spoil the chances of letting .... and I have passed on to my advisor the reference to storage space and car space . Snagging etc I had done by a third party by someone my advisor found , but otheruk owners need to ensure it has been done properly , I fully agree Lynn, thanks once again ... keep the Legend "news" rolling in please Peter
