Hi there, First time post, so 'scuse me if I sound nervous! I lost my home in the late 80's property slump and thought my life was going down the toilet, but BANG...along comes an opportunity to earn tax free cash in Saudi Arabia and here I am in the sun, feeling positive again (OK, it took years of hard work, determination and the love of a good woman, but hey you don't want to hear all that!). I would like to use my unexpected disposable income to invest in property and make up for all the lost years. I am very interested in Manchester/Liverpool/Birmingham/Newcastle..in fact any area where I can find high capital growth and low management properties.
