I have a Capital gains question nobody seems to be able to answer if i invest in a property company which is in a country where they pay no capital gains. They then invest my money in property through their company and in say 5 years give me back my investment plus any profit they have made- would I have to pay any tax on this profit? PLease advise- thanks!

If you are resident in the UK then you will pay tax according to UK law, regardless of where your income has come from. So yes - you would pay capital gains tax.
