Hi, Can any please tell me the typical communal costs charged in CEE countries? Are there proper management companies in place to deal with issues such as sinking/ renewal funds and repairs? Are there often residents committess in place to help keep developments in good condition? From my experience these are key to helping a development over the long term, which is what most people here are likely in CEE for. Modern developments can look shabby after a couple of years if not maintained, so curious as to peoples experiences so far.
