I guess there are many of us all hurting from the cashflow issues with the high operating costs including repayment mortgages and the low net incomes for our CEE investments. A good solution would be interest only mortgages but I am not sure when we can expect them, so here is a thought. . . . .
My PPR mortgage is presently up for review. I am considering going interest only on my PPR mortgage, so the net effect is drip feeding cash into the overseas markets by repayment mortgages and minimising UK expenditure to build up cash to suport cashflow or for future investments.
I have not quite convinced myself this is the best plan yet, welcome any thoughts either supporting or advising risks on such a strategy.
