Hi I have just been offered a deal to re mortgage my flat in poland by BZWBK bank, they do loans in several currencies, the best rate by a long way is the CHF one for 2.76% plus 1.5% bank fees and I think 2% of the loan value set up fees. I could then use the money to fund a place I have bought in Bulgaria where the best re mortgage rate I have found is 7.6% interest only with Piraeus. Is this very risky? Just seems a bit too good to be true? Would be very grateful for any advice people might have on the subject. Thanks

i think the offer you have been given it is not the cheapest one

the standard offer we have to refinance in Poland is:

0% bank commission
1% bank margin
up to 45 yrs
up to 80% LTV - so you can get some extra cash
