Just received an invoice for this.

Requested a call with some questions.

Never received the call or answer to the question.

The preliminary contract allows for all your money back less 5% of the purchase price once the apartment is resold by the developer.

I am not going to complete and await the money to be returned.

I would be happy to pay for a renogiation which speeds up the process.

Has anyone had any details?

Hi

Bit confused. Are you saying FDP have 'sold' your apartment on the secondary market?

FDP are telling me they cant even start any negotiation until PS tell them who wants the renegotiation service as it must be a bulk negotiation? Personally, I just want the purchase Completed.

Meanwhile, the PS appointed lawyers seem to be out of the loop.

No it hasnt been sold.

I'm saying that, should we choose not to complete, the PS lawyer has confirmed the details of which monies can be returned as stated in the preliminery contract...

That is:

Return of monies paid less 5% of purchase price
less costs involved in resale
monies returned when new buyer found

So the big one there is the delay in getting the money.

I would be happy to pay a commission which resluted in the monies being returned quicker as a contract and reality are two different things.

However, despite requesting and being promised a call and clarification of the offer. The only contact I've had from I-PA has been them sending me an invoice.

I see.

You are better off dealing direct with FDP. Not sure why anyone would pay PS for "introducing" FDP having messed us all around and made the renegotiation process a last minute panic.
