The local council pulled the permit for over 20 deals - so it is definitely an issue if you intend to invest in Poznan (or are fortunate enough to have already invested in Poznan!). Cheers Dave.

HI, Can you tell us why they pulled the permit? Was this a knee-jerk reaction to some immediate circumstance or is this something that can be guarded against in the future? Obviously one of the biggest concerns for investors buying off-plan abroad is the integrity of the developer... Andy

Andy, PS had used the developer before, so my understanding is that there were no issues there. The reason for the local council pulling the permits on so many deals is, as yet, totally unexplained. It was a new council who had recently been elected into office. Cheers, Dave.
