I have bought a few appartments in Poland through PS (in Poznan, Krakow & Gliwice). The lawyers (TGC)are now offering a 'combined Power Of Attorney' which includes their dealing with all documentation related to the mortgages - signing and opening of bank accounts etc, (although this gets very expensive outside of Warsaw).
I am hoping that my mortgage supplier can conduct all business in Warsaw. Assuming this is possible, has anyone used this (compbined POA) service in the past and was it useful? How many trips to Poland does it take to resolve all the issues around conveyencing and finalising mortgages? Many thanks for any perspectives on this.
