I met with a guy in Florida who has made fortunes in commercial property with little or no money down. I can see exactly how the mechanism works in U.S. but it doesn's seem to work here in UK. Or does it??I guess my question is... has anyone on here had success with commercial property? And very importantly where to go for the financing, any suggestions ???Eric
