the new(ish) feature on the PS website, 3 month libor rates, is helpful, thank you. but could you ask currency solutions to add an additional feature that would allow us to check the trend (e.g. over last month, 3 months, year and 3 years)? this would make it a great handy tool for quickly assessing trend movement and i assume currency solutions would have no trouble accessing the data. regards, dan

Hi Dan We will be implementing this ourselves before the end of the year. The problem at the moment is that we only have a couple of weeks worth of data. We would need to source older data to provide a big enough timeframe to be useful. Bear with us!

The annoying thing about Libor rates is that they are slightly different depending on the source you go to. No idea how or why this would be, but we've checked quite a few. We've now settled on one source from Currency Solutions and will try to get their historical data if they have it in order to produce graphs and the like. It's part of our plan to build a 'data centre' to track many things affecting the property markets around the world.

Indeed they are. They are also 9 days out of date. Ours, supplied by Currency Solutions, are updated on a daily basis. I actually have data going back three months now and we will, sometime in the near future, be creating an economic data page, which will track a number of rates and other things, including LIBOR with graphs showing trends. Watch this space.

Hi all Just an update on this. We now have a data centre, which we'll be expanding over the next few months once we can find reliable, constantly updated sources. If you have any suggestions on the type of data you'd like to see in one place, let us know. In the meantime: http: / /www .propertysecrets .net /economic _data .html Cheers
