- it does not go away and needs to be dealt with. I have had a reply from Debbie of PS who was going to talk to Bambos yesterday about it but I have no further positive feedback. I have only been successful in getting in contact with one other Investor through Sacha of ABB - thanks Mike Appleby - so all in all I think we are in for a rough ride and alot of hard work and maybe additional legal costs if this is not resolved by the Developer before handover.
