Whilst doing some reading today re EU Cards I came across the following link

There seems to be some confusion over whether the test are being implemented in September 2008 or January 2009.

Hello,

just to inform, this article has nothing to do with EU cards..EU card is different name for temporary residence permission for EU citisien, usually it is given to EU citisien when he/she wants to buy a property in Czech Republic.

Article is about permanent residence permission, this is something else and is not needed for property investments in Czech Republic.
