There is the possibility of some further Czech investment opportunities on the horizon. But we're obviously not going to bother with them if there's no interest. So, to those of you who have already bought in the country - would you be interested in investing again there? And to those who haven't yet taken the plunge, is it something you would consider? It is obviously easier for those who have already invested to do so again, that's why I'm asking in this way. So what do you think?

Ben I've bought already at Zelene, Kosik, Repy and Nove Medlanky. Yes I am still interested in Czech in the mid return/low-mid risk are of my portfolio. What will hold me up is the question of how these are going to rent and how well the L+M service works in making them 'virtually hands off'. May be another 6-12 months before that can be shown. Nick

Very much waiting to see how my 2 Kosik and 1 Nove Medlanky completions and lettings go. With recent posts and emails not receiving any replies I am probably on the 'unlikely' side at present Thanks Pete

I have bought in Kosik, Kouzelne Medlanky and Nove Medlanky. Firstly it is difficult to know how well the capital appreciation is going. Secondly, until the developments are completed, rentals are un-known. Thirdly, the mortgage bank valuer (mortgaging via Star Capital Finance)has come back with valuations below the value I have bought at. This may simply be a function of the conservative nature of Czech banks but not helpful when trying to maximise leverage. Unlikely to invest further in Czech Republic

I would be interested to know of peoples thoughts about Brno - lots of changes going on in Czechs second city, and I believe a fairly strong rental market. One of my own units has just completed there, so I will post my findings and impressions once I have been and spoken to the relevant parties

I've been hassling PS to produce something and they keep telling me something will be available in a few weeks! I bought in Kosik and based on a similar unit I estimate the price has shown a 30% increase on the price I bought at - hence I'm pretty happy with the cap gain, although time will tell with the rental side!!

Hi Max We would certainly be interested in having a look, although we had feared we had 'missed the boat' in terms of prices.
