I've been toying with the idea of folding the company for some time now and getting an EU Card but I really haven't found the time to get over to Prague to sort. I am buying on Kosik and also now on Central Park (if the legal's ever get sorted!). I will also buy others in Czech Republic as I am risk adverse and still think this is the safest, long-term bet for investment. I currently have a Jednatel and will take this on myself very shortly. Can anyone explain what my obligations will be? I understand about the registered address and, on another post, see that Orco may be a possibility here, which is great. Also, I've been thinking that if I make a profit on rental, couldn't I just use this to pay off the loan? If I did this, then there would be no tax to pay? Any advice here is appreciated....
