Hi All I just want to let all PS Clients know that if your're thinking of buying a property in Latvia, don't under any circumstances use the Developer EKO FORUMS, Builder of the Imanta Pearl project, the Deal that PS put together. I have to be very careful what I say, but suffice to say, the Developer wants to Terminate our Pre- Agreement Contract without mutual consent(to sell the Units for a higher price, it seems). Just be carefull with this Developer. Let's see how PS deals with this problem
