Just to let investors know that I recently organised my EU Card for my Czech purchases in Kosik and Nove Medlanky developments through Martin Benik at Companies.Cz (as recommended by PS). Their service was excellent and I was able to obtain the Card WITHOUT travelling to Prague and also was able to use the FPC for the address. This is a significant development and I understand they are the only company offering this service. PS weren't even aware of it at the time. Total fees were about 1,600 Euro which is expensive but worth it if you can't afford the 2 days necessary to travel to Prague and appear before the police etc.

Has anyone else used Martin or other providers for the EU card?

SCF are quoting me 19,000 CZK + 19.5% VAT for each of us (I am buying it with a partner and so we each need a card) + 5,000 + VAT for the residency address. That works out at £1,600 and thats even without the cost of the obligatory visit!!

I've written to Martin too (thanks for the tip) and see what he says but would be interested to hear if anyone has used others that are also good but cheaper!
