For HOME owners only, I think, as Manchester - particularly city centre - is just too over-supplied for the buy-to-let market. Good research is key here, even if there are 'great new homes' and mortgages available. If you really want to invest in Manchester, look at the outskirts and some of the more accessible locations along the MetroLink routes.
