Can I offset the money paid for the PS finders fee against income tax or capital gains tax?

Erico, I'd have thought you could offset against CGT when you sell, as this is part of the setup cost of the deal, as are the legal fees, bank fees, currency transfer fees, TRP fees & etc. Not sure about furniture, I think you can depreciate that against income tax or put it against CGT, but not both.
