re article focus on finance I'm a new investor with 2 apartments looking to expand my portfoilio. My dilemma is - 1) should I diversify by looking to get a couple of 2 bed modern houses or, a couple of terraced houses or, an apartment in London which is leading the capital gain & appears to offer the highest rents? 2) should I continue to buy 1 at a time getting a tenant in before purchasing the next or, buy a couple of properties all in 1 go to save on some of the buying costs & to get me into the preferential portfolio mortgage rates? 3) should I buy now or wait for the market correction that certain analysts & Mike Stimpson predicts in his article? What's the experience/advice of those of you who are much more experienced/knowledgeable than I?
