Hi everyone
With the original forum topic on this subject getting a bit lengthy and messy, I thought I'd start you off with a new one.
We're still very much interested in your opinion on the future of the UK property market - crash or correction? - and the other points made on that topic (http: / /www .propertysecrets .net /topic /8432 .html), but to make it easier for us all to read, use this one instead!
Thanks very much.

The key question from the previous discussions seems to be: what happens to cashflow during any downturn/crash. It seems rents probably rise, interest rates may also rise however. What experience do the experienced landlords have of net cashflow after previous 'crashes'?
