Would be interested to hear of anyone else 'out there' who has suffered losses at the combined incompetencies of Rednet & TGC. Perhaps bringing a collective legal action against Rednet?

I thought it was innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around.

I was made aware of this situation this morning and believe that discussions are taking place between RedNet, i-PA, PS legal, TGC, yourself and your own Polish Lawyer. Many people have been engaging on your behalf to get to the bottom of this.

Until we have full facts it is unfair to state that your final payment was not made because of failings by other parties. When all of the evidence is presented and either proves or disproves that either TGC or RedNet were at fault then I think posting this questions would be warranted, but not under the current status as I understand it to be.

Please may I ask that the forum is used responsibly as false accusations can be very inflammatory?

To be fair Oliver, it wasn't until I wrote to Neil Lewis directly that I became aware that I had anybody working (collectively or not) on this matter for me. In fact your posting below is the first time I have become aware of this. In the meantime, I will refrain from making further 'inflammatory' comments until the matter has been resolved.

If you do however take the time to read the numerous emails sent to members of your staff since the beginning of the year, not taking into account those to TGC and to the solicitor handling my mortgage (copies of which I am happy to forward to you), it may serve to give you some understanding of my recent level of anger and frustration with the purchase of Garden Heights and subsequent recent developments.

Hi Palm TreeP,

Can you give me any details of the Garden Heights penalties you have been subject to? Whether your
unit was in Building B C or D for example, and when the payments in question were due? I'm still
waiting to be notified about handover, which was supposedly due a couple of weeks ago.

And what scale of penalties are you talking about? I'd prefer to know as much detail as possible if
there is some kind of scam operating.

Cheers,

Howard.

Hi Howard,

I’m awaiting a telephone call so can’t be too specific at the moment. I purchased in block B. Penalties have been imposed at current exchange rates to the equivalent of 1200 pounds Sterling. I may be at liberty to go into further detail, however I’ve been advised that parties are working on my behalf so don’t want to be too critical at present.

There is a catalogue of errors attributable to my current dilemma as I see it and my advice to you would be to make sure that your final payment gets transferred to the developer as near to the handover deadline (if you can establish what that is of course) even if it means a phone call every day. Relying on those parties involved to relay information to you would be a huge mistake. I am tempted to “cut and paste” information which I consider would be relevant and beneficial to you, but will refrain from doing so at present.

Thanks a lot PalmTreeP,

Yes, I understand your reluctance to go into detail - I'll just keep a sharp look-out.

Cheers,

Howard.

Hi Howard,

Just to let you know that I have written to the developer directly myself with excerpts of emails and they have annulled 40% of the penalties.
