My emails to the lawyer seem to be going unanswered so I thought I would post this here for for info.
Can someone at PS please tell me what is going on with the Golden Brook I development as we have still not signed the FPC or paid any deposit and I am wondering if something is wrong with this deal and it is about to be pulled. I am also consurned that if it is delayed too long then the VAT may rise further.
Secondly the performance update shows both the Av. Purchase Price AND Original Av. List Price: as 34,934 SQM (inc VAT). I have checked the pricing spreadsheet and I agree with these figures based on the PS discounted rate however the Colliers valuation is: 34,000 SQM
If that is accurate then the discount is only about 2.7%
The PS investment report seems to have used a mystery figure of 31,000 for their calculations which seems incorrect and possibly explains the poor performance figures provided to date.
