Im moving in December to Cluj Napoca

And I need urgently help
I want to buy a property for less than 10.000 euro's
It has to be a house, renovation is not a big problem.
Can be in the city centre, or outside, even suburbs even countryside or rural properties

anybody that can help me out

or anybody that knows any good romanian real estate website or database
i can find loads of cheap properties in hungary between 3 and 8000 euro';s

but none in romania, please help urgently

I actually need a very cheap house. It has be a house, not an appartment.
With basic elements in it. It's for my wife and me.
Anything within 100 KM from Cluj Napoca should be fine.
Ville Satu Mare should be fine also, or Oradea

My budget is not too high though : 10.000 euro's
A village should be ok too

Basically what we want, is to live happy and quiet. Grow some vegetables, some horses. Make some children. Thats all. It has to be enough for 2 adults and 2 children.

I need it before 15 January. My wife will be in Satu Mare around 12 November.

I do hope that you could help me out, as Ive been looking for over 4 months now, and getting very desperate :(

I think even in a village you are going to have trouble finding a house worth renovating for this price.

I bought and renovated a house in a village two years ago, and its not so easy to find something worth putting money into for that price.

My friend has a beautiful cottage in a village that is furnished and modern near SOVATA which you could probably rent if you wanted to till you find something to buy.

He would not want to sell it though
