I currenlty own four BTL properties targeting the Corporate Let Sector in Central London. Whils these have been successful i nterms of capital growth the cash flow isn't fantastic. I am now considering refiancnign and investing in HMO. However before I commit tot his strategy I need to understand the concept and the market in more detail. Can anyone give me any suggestions (books, web sites, Network groups (NW based please)etc.

Would suggest you research HMO management in full before entering this market as it is prone to high expense if the property lacks the regulated safety standards imposed. Also be aware that HMO's are under government scrutiny (again). Best bet might be to join a landlords' association and discuss the subject with experienced HMO owners, so you get to know the real picture. The National Landlords' Association is based in London.
