Anyone have any experience with rental and management agents for furnishing and/or management of appartments in Budapest? I have details of one but they change about 22% of annual rent for property rental and management. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Pat, I have bought a flat in the Gozsdu project in Budapest and the developer also owns a company that manages lettings and supplies furniture. I think they are only 10% + VAT and I am certainly going to consider using them for furnishings although I am not planning to rent the flat out initially. Unfortunately, PS do not allow us to exchange this kind of information on the forum otherwise I would be happy to give you the details. However, I hope you will keep us up to date on your experience of letting in Budapest as I am very curious about what the real market is like; there are so many different views around! Mark
