Hi, Can anyone who has propery rented out in Poland tell me what to expect as regards to paying income tax there. I have a one-bed in the Marina development that is rented through Rednet. I am making a big loss each month with the mortgage repayments and management costs far outweiging the rental income. I am sure that most people are in the same boat as me. Can I expect some hefty tax demand in the near future?

Mike I have not tried seeking tax advice from the Accountants who provide the accountancy service to us via Rednet but presumably some limited advice is available given that they prepare the tax return. Have you tried asking them? If you do please post the response here. Nick

Hi We are having the same problem. We have a property in Warsaw and our expenses outweigh our rental income. Does anyone else have the same problem?

Hello Pat, I should think that everybody has this problem, but lets keep this thread about income tax on rental income. I have not been able to contact PS about this yet, and they are obviously not volunteering any information here on the forum. I will post any imformation on Polish tax returns when I get it.
