Following Oliver's recent email on the staff changes at IPA and the need for us to contact the management companies directly, could PS/IPA please devise a list of contacts at Rednet and agree a response time with them for general queries?

Oliver Wrote - This feedback clearly highlighted that clients have a strong desire to be connected directly with the local partners, to ensure that they know the people on the ground, those that are conducting the handovers, installing kitchens, finding tenants and managing the units directly. Our role has always been one of facilitation of communication following our thorough sourcing research and negotiation as part of the LCS and PLS services. We will continue to be your single point of contact but do expect a lot more conference calling and coordinated contact with the local partner to ensure that your questions are being answered accurately and efficiently.

We have an extended team that consists of 25 individuals based throughout Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Romania. This restructuring reemphasizes the roles and ensures that partners become a lot more engaged with you.

Karen at IPA is absolutely fantastic at dealing with property management issues, however I am not so sure that IPA partners i.e. Rednet are as efficient and clear in what needs doing and when.

In particular the tax issue is not at all explained. We pay 183PLN/month (I think) but it has never been set out what can be deducted against income tax per year, the rate of tax, the amount of loss that can be transfered to future years and for how many years, etc.

Guidance on tax would be a great help from either IPA or Rednet.

Hi Tom

PS is actually publishing tax guides across various countries. Towards the end of April looks likely at the moment.

I'll make sure Oli sees this post next week though, see if he can help with the contact situation.
