Hello Just wondered if anyone has any experience with regards to residential buy to let in Brazil? I am keen to diversify my portfolio outside of Europe and have been investigating Brazil. I have just been offered the chance in invest in a residential block in Joinville. Cost £28.5k for 2 bed, 2 bath. The prospectus says all the right things about the area and the developer but as this is a new market to me I would appreciate any feed back re this. Thanks LoriC
