I would like to sell my whole portfolio of 11 houses in central Bulgaria, near Stara Zagora, including luxury 3 bed house that was my main home, 4 renovated properties (one long term rented, 2 furnished), one semi renovated villa and 5 un-renovated properties, one long term rented - around 500,000 Euros value total
The main 3 bed house was newly finished around a year and half ago. It has good quality laminate floors, central heating, solar panel, 2 bathrooms, full fitted kitchen with dishwasher, mircowave, gas hob, oven, fridge etc. 3 Fireplaces, including one in main bedroom. One large bathroom and one en-suite. Large terrace. Covered BBQ area with traditional oven and BBQ. Grape vine trellis, large fenced vegetable area, fruit trees, patio, well (with pump system), large outdoor animal pen, barn and small animal sheds (used as dog pens). Plot of 1200sqm.

Each has 1000sqm plot, barns, BBQ areas etc. Yellow house has an ensuite bedroom, kitchen/dining area and lounge downstairs and then 3 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Would have to honour tenants (in renovated property, other can be given vacant) but would pass on rights to all holiday lets (working in partnership with one of tenants in fishing business to provide some of accommodation) and would carry on marketing accommodation via my successful website. And you could take over small amount of property resales - would introduce you to owners, show you houses etc.
Would basically sell you my company with all property assets.
I am now looking to relocate to France for personal reasons and to be closer to my family. I have toyed with the idea of renting out properties, selling off a few and keeping others, but easiest option (and way to save legal fees for both parties) is to sell my company to new owner with all property assets. You would be purchasing a luxury house that I have called home for last year and half, other renovated properties (one with tenant) for short or long term rentals and renovation projects and building plots.
Total value taking my main house as around 130,000 Euros, each renovated house at around 70,000 to 80,000 Euros, a semi renovated villa at 35,000 Euros and various older houses at 10,000 to 15,000 Euros comes to around 500,000 Euros. I am looking for offer of around 450,000 Euros.
Lots of options to run self catering accommodation, set up kennels (call for this in area - I always had to take my animals 150km away), holiday lets, keep some of older properties as long term investments (good retirement plan) or sell off now, build on empty plots...
I also have a few private sales listed on my website for friends selling in area and can introduce you to these and you can take over the small sales business I have.
